I spent my day at the Fitness & Health Expo at the Convention Centre which was very cool! I was hoping I'd become fitter just by being around such sporty, healthy people but sadly I don't think this was the case for me.
Seeing so many people in top physical shape was pretty inspiring. It's clear that the Personal Trainer's and Fitness Experts love what they do and are passionate about helping people to achieve their health goals, gain confidence, and ultimately improve their life.
The Expo goes all weekend so I'm looking forward to seeing the exciting exhibitions, meeting more motivated people and brushing shoulders with sporting elite.
